Jake has several years of large commercial construction management experience in the New Hampshire and Massachusetts markets. His experiences are in a variety of building types ranging from higher education, large mixed-use developments, assisted living and commercial office space. Jake specializes in contract negotiations and customer relationships.
As an experienced construction manager Tim has been working in the field for over thirty years. Tim specializes in complex multi-use projects from the ground up focusing on team efficiencies, quality control and project sequencing. His experience and contractor relationships provide the project team with the knowledge and support required to achieve project success.
John Myers, Vice President and Partner
John has worked in the commercial construction industry in Boston and the Greater New England Area since 2014 for ENR Top 15 Construction Managers. John has significant experience in commercial construction, with a focus in the advanced manufacturing, life sciences, higher education, and sports & entertainment sectors.
